glows

Delicious silk/camel blend from Kristine at A Verb For Keeping Warm (naturally dyed, beautiful things, made mindfully - a lovely store).  A little sample enclosed with my (amazingly pretty) Polwarth.

Small sample + new spindle: a Golding Ringspindle - 0.45 ounces - cherrywood - tsunami design.  A righteous little spinner.

silken sample; testing the tsunami

Spun, plied, washed and hung to dry all in an evening; my tiny little hank. It could be the Harvest Moon in a knitted picture. It glows.

Its so pretty. Good job! I'm taking my first spindle spinning class next week and I'm soooo excited. I'm ready to create my own fibers.

MH,

Your yarn is so pretty. Seeing friends make yarn out of avfkw fiber makes all of the hard work so worth it. I am dreaming of a Golding spindle. Do you love it?
