week two! day one!

Stepping it up into week 2 was easier than I thought it would be in the doing - but I'm super tired now that I'm done! I'm on the very home stretch of a knitting project I *need* to finish, though, so I'm gonna drink some great big glasses of water and rally.

I'm using this C25K iPhone app to keep track of my runs - it makes things so easy. I can load up my music right into the app before the run and a voice comes in over the song to tell me when to switch from running to walking, and also when I'm halfway done (which is always nice to hear!). I definitely recommend this app if you are thinking of starting this program and have an iPhone or iPod touch!
