the king of wishful thinking

I made a big batch of chili in the crock pot yesterday (recipe coming Monday!) and of course cooked up some cornbread to go with it. Someone around here thought the cornbread smelled especially good.

He's such a good boy! I bet he could have reached it if he tried (and my little dogs will do if anything edible is left within reach). And lovely Charlie is sitting there, politely, hopefully, watching....
